Waiver

This Waiver of Liability (the "Waiver") is entered into between the User and ROAM REALITY, a company incorporated under the State of Delaware in the United States of America ("Roam”, “Company," "we," "our," or "us"), for the use of the Roam Reality mobile application (the "App").

BY USING THE ROAM REALITY APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The User acknowledges that the use of the App involves certain risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, navigation, and interactions with third-party service providers. The User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the App.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the User releases and discharges Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during travel or related activities facilitated by the App.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided by the App.
• Any issues arising from interactions with third-party service providers or other users of the App.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the App.

4. GOVERNING LAW

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

5. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Waiver is effective as of the date the User first uses the App and shall remain in effect for the duration of the User's use of the App.

By using the ROAM REALITY App, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
